Fondimpresa is an interprofessional fund for continuing education that was set up by Confindustria, Cgil, Cisl and Uil. It provides funding for the manufacturing industry and service companies that are part of the Confindustria system. Like all Interprofessional funds, it does not organize and directly manage courses, but it evaluates, approves and finances projects and training programs for workers promoted by member companies.
